Roadmap
WeaverKeep is built by one person who ran a surgical technology program, so the order of work is set by what actually slows a program down, not by what demos well. This page is the honest state of it.
How to read this. Shipped means it works today and you can see it in a demo. In progress means it is actively being built. Next means it is committed but not started. Exploring means it is a real candidate, not a promise. No dates are listed, because a date I cannot keep is worth less than a status I can.
Shipped
Working todayEvery module below runs in the demo, with fictional data.
- Program health dashboardThe one screen that shows whether the program is on track: retention, seats, outcomes at a glance.
- Outcomes and the OTTRetention, exam pass and participation, placement, and survey returns per cohort, in the Outcomes Tracking Tool's own columns, thresholds, and color language. Academic year summary included.
- Student rosterEnrollment through graduation, with outcome codes, exam results, employment, and survey status.
- Clinical capacitySite bank with seats by term, need against confirmed placements, didactic versus clinical terms, and ask letters that only ask about the terms students are actually out.
- Clinical visitsSite visit records tied to the sites they belong to.
- PAC meetingsAgendas, attendance, and minutes kept the way an accreditor expects to find them.
- Inventory count sheetsLab supplies and instrument counts that carry over term to term instead of living on a clipboard.
- AccreditationARC/STSA standards mapped to the evidence that satisfies them.
- Site evaluation agendaARC/STSA fixes the order and the length of every activity on a site visit, so the agenda is scheduled rather than drafted. Set the dates, the format, and a start time, and the day re-times itself across all four time zones. Tracks the PAC members and clinical affiliates to line up against the agenda due 30 days before the visit, and the evidence each activity calls for.
- CommunicationsThe outreach queue for surveys and follow-ups, sent from the program director's own mailbox.
- Graduation and eventsCeremony and event planning kept with the rest of the program record.
- Tasks, documents, and calendarThe working layer underneath everything else. The calendar can be subscribed to from Google Calendar or Outlook, and holds your own dates alongside the ones the record produces.
- More than one user per programSign in with a college Microsoft or Google account. Roles for the program director, a clinical coordinator, and a lab manager, enforced in the database.
- ExportsWord, Excel, and PDF output generated in your browser, including filled survey forms.
In progress
Being built nowNext
Committed- Radiologic technology and cardiac sonographyThe same year against a different accreditor's standards. Scoping with two programs now.
Exploring
Candidate, not a promise- Other allied health programsNursing, radiologic technology, and respiratory care run the same shape of year against different standards.
What is not planned
WeaverKeep is not becoming a learning management system, a gradebook, or a student information system. Your college already owns those, and they are not what makes accreditation reporting painful.
Ask for something
If your program needs something that is not on this page, say so. A request from a working program director outranks anything on the exploring list. Write to support@weaverkeep.com.
